The buffet presents the signature dishes of different countries, a seafood feast on weekdays and a garden barbecue on relaxing weekend nights to give guests more fun this summer.
‘The Big Pans’ buffet dinner, available on Monday and Tuesday, features three Indian food platters weighing 125 kilograms. It present gourmet dishes like Lychee Wood Roasted Pig, Indian Biryani, Singaporean Chilli Lobster Claws and a variety of mixed seafood.
The ‘See Food’ theme on Wednesday and Thursday offers the ultimate fresh and appetising seafood for the guests’ selection. Different kinds of oyster from five countries, Boston lobster and New Zealand black abalone are served with a variety of sauces to enhance their flavours.
For the ‘Backyard Barbecue’ theme from Friday to Sunday, Café Zen brings out an array of new meats and seafood. There will not only be Tomahawk Steaks, Barbecued Whole Pig and Grilled Spring Chicken with Honey, but also classic seafood options like tuna fish head and lobster. Guests can sit in the backyard setting and enjoy some light-hearted melodies while sharing a feast of meats and selected drinks with friends and colleagues.
