Have you ever had a dream that you wanted to understand or felt held an important message for you?  Have you ever had a repeating dream or maybe you’ve considered that someone (or something) was trying to contact you? What exactly are dreams anyway?  Are they merely random neurons firing chaotically? Are they the result of indigestion?  Are they propetic, harbingers of things yet to come?  Sigmund Freud told us simply that nothing happens without a reason.  He also said that the great majority of our thoughts are unknown to us.   120 years later, neuroscience has confirmed his words using hi-tech brain imaging systems.  In fact, over 90% of brain activity has been revealed to be subconscious.  So why is this important?  It means that most of us our going about our daily lives, making decisions about careers, relationships, etc. while most of the decision making process is hidden from us.  Of course in a shallow, relativistic way, we know why we do things, but do we know why?  This has led to great mental suffering, unhappiness, anxiety and depression.  Analysing our dreams is the only way to access our unconcious mind free of any social filters, etc.   So if you want insight into your own psyche, or are just curious about what your dreams mean, you might enjoy this class.  Note; Li Bai’s assistant is bi-lingual and will be able to translate to/from English/Chinese, so its not a prerequisite that you are fluent in English to take this class.

Li Bai is one of the top native English teachers in Shenzhen (as well as a writer, musician, philosopher, psycho-therapist and creator and CEO of Dream Travel Therapy (www.dreamtraveltherapy.com) an international group of psychologists dedicated to the eradication of suffering.)  As a boy, Li Bai was first in his class to learn to read and later, graduated from High School with honors. He earned a scholarship to the #1 State University in New York, and graduated with a BA in Philosophy.  He then embarked on a decade long world tour with his dog (Monster) before settling down in China “the best country in the world!”  Li Bai has been a Buddhist for more than 20 years and has written several Fairy Tales which are for sale at his library.  He is happy to run the following educational classes which you can check out here on SZ Party:
